Every year, Inchcape Mercedes-Benz send out thousands of customer satisfaction questionnaires nationwide to find out what people think about the quality of service at our Official Workshops. We then include the average percentage of people who recommend Inchcape Mercedes-Benz within our sign of approval as shown overleaf. We also subscribe to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair - guaranteeing an open, fair and honest way of doing business.2. Whether it’s a diagnosis, service or repair technician who works on your car, you can be sure they will be fully trained, to standards set by Inchcape Mercedes-Benz engineers. These standards are audited twice a year by Inchcape Mercedes-Benz, so you can rest assured that the right person, with the right skills will be there to look after your vehicle.3. At Inchcape Mercedes-Benz, your vehicle will receive nothing but the highest level of technical expertise. Your service book will only be stamped once all the necessary checks and maintenance have been completed to the exacting standards set by the engineers who built your car. As part of our ongoing quality assurance programme we also develop mid-life service measures to ensure the optimum performance and reliability of our cars. This system allows you to enter your vehicle’s details and confirm what parts should be included in your next service, according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. There are three simple steps to guide you through the system and once completed, you will receive a full list of parts that are required.
You will also be issued with an Official Workshop Service Code at the end of the three steps which you can then supply to any of our Official Workshops. This will enable them to complete the service required as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
