The Mercedes-Benz to You travelling diagnostic workshop is equipped with Mercedes-Benz professional computerised diagnostic equipment. This allows our trained Mercedes-Benz professional to perform the initial STAR diagnostic test, which is then followed by:
- Fluid levels top-up
- Brake fluid and anti-freeze quality test
- Brake components test
- Lights check
- Air-conditioning temperature check
- Tyre pressure and tread depth check
Anything to report?
Once finished, your adviser will provide you with a written report detailing the results of the tests. Plus, they will talk you through any concerns found and advise you on what should be done.

Book a Mercedes-Benz to You health check and your fully trained, fully-equipped adviser will come to you at an agreed time. Once you have checked their identity card – for your security and peace of mind – the vehicle check will take 30-45 minutes.
