At Mercedes-Benz we’re committed to making servicing costs as flexible and affordable as possible.
That’s why we’ve introduced Service Care; a great way to budget for all your servicing costs, fixing the price of parts and labour for the next two or three services.
Mercedes-Benz Service Care allows you to sign up to a simple Plan that not only includes all the standard service items recommended by Mercedes-Benz but also includes all the mandatory service parts such as spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters and screen wash.
Service Care has been designed to fit around you and your Mercedes-Benz, it offers a range of convenient ways to pay, either monthly or upfront. You simply need to choose which best suits your budget.
What Service Care covers
Service Care covers the cost of all manufacturer recommended service items required in the service schedule, including for example, brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and screen-wash. The first service under the plan may be carried out. The first service covered under the Plan, can only be carried out 3 months after the contract start date.
Service Care options
You can choose to sign up to Service Care for the next two or three services. Your local Mercedes-Benz Retailer will help you decide the most suitable option.

If your Mercedes-Benz is not covered in the above model range, you can still ensure you keep it running at its best by having it serviced at an Official Workshop, at the recommended intervals.Service Care payment options
To help you stay in total control of your servicing costs, Mercedes-Benz Service Care offers two convenient ways to pay. Whichever way you prefer, you can be sure the prices will never increase once your Plan has been agreed.
Paying monthly
To give you a more affordable servicing solution, you can choose to pay a convenient fixed monthly price according to the model of your car. Starting at just £23.00* a month, payments can be spread out as follows:- 2 Services can be spread over 12 or 24 months
- 3 Services can be spread over 12, 24 or 36 months
If your car is purchased on finance then the Service Care payment can easily be added in to your monthly budget plan.
Paying up front
If you’d prefer not to make monthly payments but still want to take control of future service costs, you can choose to pay the full amount of your services up front. This also gives you the added benefit of being able to pass on any unused services if you sell the car.
Payment methods
For extra convenience, monthly payments can be made by direct debit, and one-off payments can be made either by debit/credit card or by cheque.Servicing at an Official Workshop

AMG Models
Service Care for AMG has the same product features as the current Service Care product with the exception of being available only for New* vehicles. It will be supported by specific brand marketing material which will be available from Marketing Tool and Access24 by 19 September 2011 and moves the sales focus from a budgeting tool to a guarantee of ongoing Mercedes-Benz product and service quality.
The pricing for Service Care for AMG is listed below. Please note that this pricing will also apply to the S600, CL600 and SL600, as these models need to be realigned to ensure that the income received covers the costs over the duration of the contract.
