All cars need servicing, and Mercedes-Benz has set up My Service to make the process as straightforward and convenient as possible.

My Service is the easy online way choose the service that you need and select the option that best suits your busy lifestyle.

The 24/7 online booking portal takes you through the step-by-step selection process, provides a quote for the work you require and details the costs of your selected service package.

There are four My Options available:

Drop&Go – simply leave your car and keys with us and we will have it ready for you to collect from 4.30pm the same day

Lounge – make the most of our improved facilities while we work on your car. Relax in the Comfort Zone with complimentary refreshments, newspapers and TV; stay in touch in the Business Zone with our free WiFi; keep the youngsters amused in the Kids’ Zone.

Drive – Stay mobile with a loan car while we work on yours. It’ll be waiting for you when you return by 6pm.

Collect – When it’s not convenient to get your car to us one of our drivers will collect it from your home or workplace, then deliver it back to you the same day.

All four options have a discount of £10 when pre-paid online, and all include a pre-service check to identify any problems.
