With Mercedes-Benz Mobilo you can expect the standard of service to be just as good as it is in our Mercedes-Benz retailers. Not only this, but the best thing is you’ll receive it free of charge for the first four years from registration. Then, as long as you keep your scheduled servicing up to date from the fifth year onwards at one of our Mercedes-Benz retailers, you’ll continue to receive all of the benefits of Mercedes-Benz Mobilo on a complimentary basis for as long as 30 years.


Fully trained technicians when you need them.

If you’re unlucky enough to break down, our customer assistance centre will try to resolve the issue over the telephone to get you on your way. If the problem is more serious then fully trained Mercedes-Benz technicians, complete with the latest Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment, will be with you as soon as possible. In some instances – if you just need a tyre change, for example – you may not need a trained technician. You alternatively may have filled your tank up with the wrong fuel, in which case a roadside repair won’t be possible. In these scenarios, we will send a support technician or recovery operator instead.


We’ll be with you as soon as possible.

There’s nothing more frustrating than breaking down, particularly if you have an appointment to keep. That’s exactly why we aim to get to you within the hour (and in 85% of cases we achieve this). However, we always prefer to send you the right help rather than the wrong help quickly, so when you call, our roadside assistance team will discuss the options to agree the best solution for you.


We’re at the end of the phone 24/7.

Mercedes-Benz is here to help you whenever needed. All you have to do is call our customer assistance centre. As soon as you ring, you will be asked to provide the following information: 

  • Personal details, location and contact details
  • Vehicle model and registration number
  • Vehicle mileage
  • Vehicle symptoms/fault description

This will help our customer assistance centre to decide whether your vehicle can be safely driven to your nearest Mercedes-Benz retailer, should be rescheduled for a workshop visit at a later date or requires immediate attention from our roadside assistance team. 


European Roadside Assistance

If you require roadside assistance whilst driving in Europe, Mercedes-Benz Mobilo cover is still valid but the types of support available may vary from country to country. We will assist you in 37 European countries. Please check the website for further details.
